Great service. Colin spoke with me several times before I brought my vehicle in to get the recall completed. My dealer in Spanish Fork said that they could not get Colin spoke with me several times before I brought my vehicle in to get the recall completed. My main experience is with the Sales Person that helped me purchase a Ram truck. Jordan Malmgren was thorough and courteous. He knew his product inside and out. although i couldn't get to the dealership u me purchase a Ram truck. Jordan Malmgren was thorough and courteous. He knew his product inside and out. although i couldn't get to the dealership until 6 days after we settled on a vehicle and he confirmed pricing, he was in constant contact, answering questions and getting back to me, oftentimes pro-actively. Superb people skills, knowledge of the product and sales process. his care and enthusiasm made him a joy to work with. Brad Malmgren greeted me at the door when i finally arrived to pick up the Truck and was another person at LHM that gave me confidence in the store's customer relations. Finally, with my trade-in and as a general contact, Danny Adams provided additional welcoming and assistance. More
