Joe immediately showed us the Odyssey, which was already parked at the parking lot and explained all the new features it has. He then showed us around and introduced us to Judy. She not only advised us on all the options we had, but provided us with great information. In fact, he went out of his way to explore all the options available to me. After getting to the dealership, I was in good hands with Judy. She went over all the financing options with me, and was extremely articulate and helpful. I felt that I was talking to someone who wanted the best for me, not just the best for the dealership. Finally, Steve went over the specifics of my car and helped me get used to everything. He was extremely friendly and honest, and a pleasure to work with.
