They were kind and professional. I had difficulty with glove compartment, which I could not open. I called Ralley Lexus and they told me to bring my car in. So did I. They greeted me I had difficulty with glove compartment, which I could not open. I called Ralley Lexus and they told me to bring my car in. So did I. They greeted me kindly and they told me that they would look into the problem. About 35 minutes later, they explained to me what was the problem and they took care of problem. I was so happy. They were very nice and efficient. There was no payment involved. More

When i bring my car in i dont have to worry about any surprises, the us service team doesn't do the typical "come in for a routine service , and now you have to have 2 or 3 other services that cost you a thousand dollars" They let you know everything upfront and treat you fairly.
