The manager tried to tell me that he would not pay above the bottom of the Kelley blue book, ‘good’ rating on a car that is less than three years old, has less than 50,000 miles on it, and legitimately is in ‘very good’ condition. He tried to tell me that my car needed new tires. Those tires were replaced 4 months ago. And, I am a return customer. I will not return ever again. More

August 7th I purchased a 2018 bmw 328d from Sears imported autos and the salesman told me the car is in perfect condition. I live almost 2 hours from this place and he kept telling me that it’s in pe imported autos and the salesman told me the car is in perfect condition. I live almost 2 hours from this place and he kept telling me that it’s in perfect beautiful condition so I took his word for it and I bought the car. I get to the dealership and be just rushed me though to quickly look at the car and go sign the paperwork. I was promised to get the fancy giant bowtie experience and I was lied to about that as well. As I seen a few other get it other than me. I buy the car and I get home to find tons of scratches and a door ding, not only that but the car smelled like diesel fuel when it was sitting in my garage. I contact the salesman and he tells me to bring it back in on my expense of fuel to have the door ding and scratches fixed. So I brought the car back and they quickly went through It and I get home and find buff trails everywhere. So I take it back for the second time and they had it for not even 2 hours and I get it back and I tried to look at it the best I could and it was cloudy so I didn’t see any issues. 2 days later I have it in the sunlight and about half the car still has buff trails and now they won’t respond to me. So learn from my experience and steer clear of this dealership. They only care about the money not the customer More

I thought Boris was very informative when we ordered our GLE 580 giving us the options that he thought was important. After ordering the car he kept us updated on when production was going to start. I wish the closing person had been upfront about Sears tacking on $125 for admin expenses. She said it was a state charge until I asked for the detail.
