It happened to be an extra busy day, as per the service writer. It would have been nice to have a little more 'hand holding' through the process because of this being my very first experience with this. Previously my late husband did a lot of work on our older cars. When he became unable to do that, he took total lead on having mechanics do the work. As a new widow, I decided to buy a brand new car, so I wouldn't be worried about reliability. I am enjoying driving my 2023 Rav4 Hybrid very much!!
