I leased a 2019 Lexus ES 350 Sport model yesterday and also purchased my current 2016 Lexus ES 350 coming off a lease and everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the transactions so simple to complete. My salesman was Chris Beto, who I feel so comfortable with. He is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and has a great personality and has helped me acquire my last 3 cars. He would have been my salesman of choice for the 4th one too (my first Lexus), but he wasn't employed at Lexus way back then. The Sales Manager, Mike Sartino, is also very knowledgeable and anticipated my needs. Ben Bleed, the Business Manager, is also excellent at what he does, which is the business aspect......final paperwork, acquiring credit scores, and warranty specialist. I briefly thought about purchasing another make and model, but when I just so happened to pop in Lexus for an oil change, I knew I was in the perfect place to acquire my next dream car.
