At one time or another during this visit, I was helped by all the listed service department members, which is why all four were checked. All were eager to assist, were knowledgeable, very courteous and help all the listed service department members, which is why all four were checked. I was told that the engine mounts needed to be replaced. This was done and the car now feels brand new. All the shaking is gone and the engine is smooth running. Thanks guys. More

We found ourselves disabled on the roadside five hours from home. Got excellent help from Mike Schmidt and Evan Carroll at the dealership who referred us to Mercedes Roadside Assistance who also gave us e from home. And even though we waited 3.5 hours for the tow truck, the care we got with after hours drop off and expedited service to get us back on the road was very much appreciated.
