I had an appt to bring my car in on Wednesday, when I called the following Wednesday it still hadn’t even been looked at. I would like to drop off on the day it is being checked, as it is hard to not hav called the following Wednesday it still hadn’t even been looked at. I would like to drop off on the day it is being checked, as it is hard to not have a car for over a week with kids. I also have had it in 3 times for the same issues that were not diagnosed and fixed correctly the first two times. I still paid, because it’s not worth the argument I guess, but I have been a loyal and long time customer, and am pretty unhappy with my last experience More

I called telling Mike of my problem. I took it in, Mike scanned for trouble codes, and got the paperwork started. He put a priority on the job.
