I set an appointment to have an engine block heater put on my truck. About a week ahead of the scheduled appointment date, I called to verify the appointment date and time and to make sure they wither had on my truck. About a week ahead of the scheduled appointment date, I called to verify the appointment date and time and to make sure they wither had the part in stock or would order the necessary part(s) for the scheduled appointment date. On the day of the appointment I dropped my truck off with no issues. Later that afternoon, the service department called to tell me they did not have all the parts to perform the work and that they would have to order parts and get me back in at a later date. More

I was provided with a key and fob that did not work remotely, it was not fixed before I had to leave town. Trying to contact service person to help me get a fob that works locally (Bennington, VT) is f remotely, it was not fixed before I had to leave town.
