They did give me the price I was quoted online for the exact car I wanted in the color I chose and added the roof crossbars we needed for our ski rack. We leased the car on the Saturday before President's Day and when we picked it up that week, everything was DONE. They handled the registration, talked to the Insurance Company and coordinated with Parts & Service to get the bars installed before we picked it up. We drove just under an hour from Andover, MA because someone we knew in Dover recommended them and we're very happy we did! Eric made everyone feel like family and Cody was a true professional who knew the answer to everything we asked about the car. He even picked us up at the Train Station when he delivered the car. Thank you to everyone there for making this truly the easiest car purchase I've ever had! More

Happy Honda Customer I have had great experiences with the Honda Service Department and have been toying with the idea of trading my older Honda Civic for a new one. Paul I have had great experiences with the Honda Service Department and have been toying with the idea of trading my older Honda Civic for a new one. Paula noticed me checking out cars in the showroom and asked if she could answer any questions or help in any way. The rest is history. She introduced me to Rick Stern, who in turn took me out for a test drive, answered lots of questions, and found me the exact car that I wanted to buy. It took a few days to track the car down and get it delivered, but every time I dealt with anyone from Dover Honda, they were polite and extremely helpful in the process. Paula checked in with me each time I was there as well to make sure the process was moving smoothly. I got lots of information from Rick Stern and felt very comfortable driving off the lot with my new vehicle after his tutelage in the workings of the car. Working with Ryan Gendron in the finance department was a good experience as well. I will be sure to return for all the servicing for this car and to purchase my next one at Dover Honda. Horrible Dishonest Service I had two recent experiences that convinced me never to work with this dealership again. The first was early this year (2019) when I had new tires put I had two recent experiences that convinced me never to work with this dealership again. The first was early this year (2019) when I had new tires put on my 2013 Civic. I negotiated with the dealer for a reasonable price and had the installation done. Two month later one of my tires began to leak regularly. I return to the service station and asked them to investigate. They claimed have done an inspection and that there was no issue. They put air in the tire, and I was on my way. A few days later I was again struck with the same low pressure in the tire. They inspected again and this time determined that the tire was not properly installed, and the leak was due to this issue. They fixed the issue and then proceeded to charge me for the fix, even though they were responsible for the faulty install. They were not willing to stand by their service and were unconvinced to waive the fee even though they were responsible for the original bad installation. The second time I dealt with the service center was to get extended warranty service for a bad original paint job on my 2013 Civic. They were not my first choice, but I needed to go through a Honda dealer, and they are the most convenient location for me. I tried multiple times with multiple calls to the office to get the paperwork done to get the warranty work done. Three weeks later the warranty request still has not been submitted to Honda. The phone rep, Jeannine Belanger, was extremely rude and condescending on the phone with every call. Ken Crawford who took the original pictures never followed through with the process. James McIntyre was rude and dismissive every time I came in the shop to ask for help. Mike Segien couldn't be bothered to return a single call or follow up in any manner. The dealer is fine for a simple oil change, if you come in knowing what you need, but beyond that the team does not want to be bothered with any work that might not be profitable to them. They do shoddy work and inspections. They are very pushy on the upsell of unnecessary flushes and "recommended service" that anyone with a basic knowledge of automobiles knows is garbage. I would not recommend them in any fashion. More

Used car nightmare Found a vehicle i liked on cargurus, came in for a ride salesman was nice. Ended up haggling a little and getting a price i found reasonable. Asked a about a few know issues the model has, and was assured it wasn't an issue with this car. Turns out the exact thing i asked about was and issue. Ended up bringing it back, and was charged a deductible to fix it, after over a week in the shop, they didn't fix anything, i fact the issue was worse; and couldn't get a hold of them for anything. Ended up it was a CPO car (they didn't tell me that, trying to sell me on their own plan i guess) , so Lincoln was able to fixed it for another deductible. Have had the car 6 months now, been in the shop 3 times, and i replaced the battery, Dover did agree to pay that. But but true disappointment, is I found out the car had been in a previous accident, that they never told me about, wasn't on the carfax they showed me, and now the vehicle is worth way less as a trade or sale than i thought. I feel like they just flip used cars and put the min effort into them, maybe the car more about Hondas, but i wouldn't buy a used car from them, without getting your own carfax or taking it to a private mechanic. More

Almost 4 hours for tires I’ll start with the good and work to the multiple issues I had with my most recent visit to Dover Honda. I am no stranger to this dealership seeing my family has purchased three separate vehicles from here in the last 2 years. If you are going in for an oil change/tire rotation, you will be treated to a wonderful experience that will surprise you at how quickly and efficient they are. However, the was a TSB for my cars tires and needed to have them replaced under warranty for safety issues. I called on 1/28/19 asking about the TSB which Anthony could not find. He called back within 30 seconds stating there was. I made an appointment to have it looked at for the following Saturday. I was under the impression that the TSB was to be done then seeing I was quoted an hour for the service. I arrived at my appointment time and checked in. A half hour later, I was told that they didn’t have the tires in stock ( good customer service would have been to order them when I made the appointment) and I had to schedule another appointment to have them replaced. I did so for the following Saturday. I arrived for my second appointment on time and found a line. Kenny looked around me and asked the guy behind me if he could help him. I spoke up and asked if I was to be waited on. I explained the situation, gave my FOB, and proceeded to wait; and wait I did. Almost four hours later, I finally had my fob back in my hands. When I inquired multiple times to why it takes them almost four hours to do four tires, I was met with excuses instead of apologies. In a past life, I did the same work the technician did and never did it take me 4 hours to mount and balance four tires regardless of sidewall thickness or tire ratios. Never once was I extended any compensation for my time which would have shown myself they cared about my time almost as much as I do. At this point, I have come to the conclusion that I will continue to utilize Dover Honda for their efficient oil changes and nothing else. Also, when I decide to purchase another vehicle, I may decide to try another dealership that values my time almost as much as I do. More
