We drove up from Rochester to lease a new car. We heard a lot of good things about Belzer. It certainly lived up to the recommendation. We could not be happier with our service from Eric. He answered all of lot of good things about Belzer. It certainly lived up to the recommendation. We could not be happier with our service from Eric. He answered all of questions and provided all the answers about the Sportage. His knowledge was very helpful in making our decision. We will be back. More

The Dealership was very clean, professional, and well-run. When we called and wanted to get in for a test drive, they were very accomodating even though it was very last-minute. I did feel that th well-run. When we called and wanted to get in for a test drive, they were very accomodating even though it was very last-minute. I did feel that they could have been a bit better about finding us the car we ended up with but I do understand - we were focused on a new car and the one we got was a year old. Some people want nothing to do with used and we are fine with it. They were very patient, and very accomodating once we chose the car we wanted. It was clear that the dealer has a well-seasoned team and each of them took the time to answer our questions. I feel we got a very good deal and will be happy with our car for a long time. More

The salespeople I’ve encountered are genuine, kind and helpful. I’ve recently dealt with Steve, and although I didn’t get the answer I hoped for, he was honest and was looking out for my personal interest. Worst service department!! I drove in at 7:30 am and was greeted by the advisor I let him know my AC was out on my 2017 traverse and it’s 90 degree day and was told they are a w I drove in at 7:30 am and was greeted by the advisor I let him know my AC was out on my 2017 traverse and it’s 90 degree day and was told they are a week out and they can’t help me!! I drove to Walser Buick gmc in Bloomington to service my Chevrolet and got in and out with a free rental and the vehicle was fixed in 5 hours!! How does this happen at a huge dealership south of the river. I’m extremely disappointed in Jeff velvet and will never do business with them. Walser Customer for life... shame on you belzer. More

Poor customer service. Found the car we wanted and it took 7.5 hours to complete the sale. W e paid cash. Had to send the car through detailing 3 times and they had to re do the 150 pt insp because it wasn't complete. And possibly the worst salesman ever. Never going back. More
