Our experience was nothing like that and was easy, professional and delightful from start to finish. The sales department was not low-pressure, but was no-pressure, something I truly appreciated. They sent me all requested info in a timely manner, knew their product and answered all questions. Made suggestions but never hounded us and were never pushy. We ended up buying a totally different model than we had in mind after a few overnight test drives. They helped us find the car that fit our needs, wants and budget. After the purchase they spent hours training us on the technology as this car is loaded and well thought out, and even took the car back for extra buffing of some light scratches at no charge. Free car washes, free loaner cars with service. Even sent us a tin of cookies and a thank you note.:) Really a nice touch. Very impressed and would do business there again in a heartbeat. More
