Excellent Customer Service and No Pressure At first I wasn't very sure of what car I wanted so I went to many dealerships and Acura surpassed all expectations. The customer service is amazing! MDX Sport Hybrid If I could give more than five stars, I would. This was my second purchase from this dealer. My family outgrew my 2012 TSX, and I chose to replace it If I could give more than five stars, I would. This was my second purchase from this dealer. My family outgrew my 2012 TSX, and I chose to replace it with an MDX Sport Hybrid. The specific model I wanted continues to be difficult to find. Despite this, Mike and his team were able to find the Hybrid MDX equipped exactly as I wanted in the color combination I wanted and gave me a very fair price. It was the smoothest car purchase I've ever had once the vehicle arrived. I'm extremely happy with my purchase experience and have always been happy with their service team when I had my TSX. I strongly recommend this dealer to anyone wanting an Acura in central Ohio. More

Poor communication and used 3/4 tank of our gas My review doesn't actually reflect the service center, as we were not actually there. So, even though I rated it low, I state "Yes" to recommending th My review doesn't actually reflect the service center, as we were not actually there. So, even though I rated it low, I state "Yes" to recommending them, because the issues were not exactly service department related. I purchased a pre-owned MDX and the add ons of warranty, paint, fabric and windshield coating. The items were purchased on a Tuesday at closing time. It was suggested to me that since we live about and hour and 20 minutes away that they would send a driver to us to pick up the vehicle on Monday. The next several days went buy and no communication from them as to when they would come to us or even to inquire where the vehicle would be at the time, since it was a working day. Finally on Monday after 11:00AM I called them to see what was going on. Specifically left my name and my phone number. I did not receive a return call after my leaving two messages. Finally reached Mike Shay, who stated that Kyle texted my girlfriend, (who did have the car with her at her work) to advise that two guys called off work and that they were not able to pick it up today. That's all fine and things like this happen, but the whole point is that no one from the dealership even called me in advance, like maybe Friday or even Saturday, to confirm our appointment, and to even learn where the car would be for them to pick up. I had to call on the day we were verbally told it "could happen" only to learn this. So the following day the car gets picked up. We gave the car with a full tank of gas. The car was returned with 1/4 tank and there was hardened bird droppings all over the hood. After applying the paint seal coat, it must have been parked under a tree at the dealership, and no effort was made to return our car in a clean condition. It was very obvious and there is no way the driver could have missed this. the vehicle is white and the bird droppings where yellow and red, and there were several splatters, at least 8. It wasn't like it happened on the drive. When we messaged our finance guy, the sales person for this transaction, he has failed to acknowledge the concern and disappointment. Very disappointing lack of detail and customer service. We learned our lesson, even though it wasn't too terribly far away, buy local, which is what we will do next time. More
