Hello and thanks for taking the time to read my reviews! My name is Mike Simon and I am the Internet Sales Consultant for Pointe Buick GMC. I'm a graduate of Drexel University and I have the utmost passion and respect for the automotive industry. I began my career in this industry in January of 2014 but I've been around automobiles for as long as I can remember from maintenance repairs on my own vehicles to detailing friends and family vehicles in my parent's driveway. I understand the value of great customer service and how that relates to shopping for a new vehicle. I also know that the shopping and buying process can be time consuming and it is my #1 goal to ensure that our customers are selecting the perfect vehicle that fulfills their wants and needs. Very friendly and helpful Mike Simon was very helpful in working with me to get the car that I was there for. Excellent My husband and I just bought our Buick LaCrosse car from Pointe Buick GMC a few days ago. We drove over an hour from the Princeton area to see t My husband and I just bought our Buick LaCrosse car from Pointe Buick GMC a few days ago. We drove over an hour from the Princeton area to see the car that I described I wanted, and they said they had. After visiting GMC dealers in our area with empty promises, we took the chance to drive down to Pointe GMC in 5 degree weather. And there it was. The salesman we dealt with prior to and during our visit, Mike Simon, was prepared and ready for us. He was both knowledgeable and honest. He answered all our questions, and then some. Washed the car again and again for us after each test drive, and again before we left. After meeting the owner Larry and the finance manager, Tom, it was obvious that both Mike's attitude and the work ethic he displayed permeated from the top owner down to Mike.
