For probably 5 years at 2 dealers (Naples FL and Chicago), I have reported an engine light problem. No one wanted to deal with it. He didn’t bother but want me to buy new wipers. AWFUL experience. I also contacted VW corporate last year. Will never use the dealer or buy another VW. No one will likely read this but just moving on. I’ll find a small service shop that cares and where customers matter. More
