I can say for sure that someday there will be a 4th. We are VERY satisfied with the dealership. Mike Urbania was our sales person on all three vehicles. I used to compare car-buying to the dentist office but Mike changed all that. I simply called him and gave him my wish-list, a few days later he brought the perfect car to our house. From there we signed a few papers and that was it. Very easy and we love our 2015 Kia Sadona! Thank you Mike and Klaben Ford. More

Delivery wrong Pkg. Called Mike Monday to let him know I didn't get the 301A Pkg. on my new Escape. He said I told him I didn't need all those. Extras. What I told him was I didn't need to many extras. At the time I said I didn't need. A moonroof or navigation. I asked him to fax me a copy of the order so I would know what I was getting. I later called him back and asked him to add navigation. I also told Mike I didn't want the monthly payment to be over $317.00 . He later called back and said Mr. Klaben was able to add it on and the payment would only be $312.00 Never received a fax at any time showing what was ordered! I would like you to call me to see if anything can be done to correct the problem. Thanks, David Berry your loyal customer. More
