I would just like to express my gratitude for the help that Luigi Alfano gave to myself and my son Jacob English during a very uncertain episode with his 2017 Ford escape. Luigi was very consistent and ca that Luigi Alfano gave to myself and my son Jacob English during a very uncertain episode with his 2017 Ford escape. Luigi was very consistent and caring during the process of a third-party warranty issue. He was helpful at keeping us informed, and providing us with needed information and help with the engine replacement and repairs, He also helped with new tires and other repairs that needed to be made. I appreciate Arlington Heights Ford consistent customer service, and help now and in the past. - [ ] Once again, Luigi was very consistent, helpful, and made us feel as though we were alone during a time where the third-party warranty could’ve been very difficult to navigate.
