Getting the 2022 ranger (For ac not working) in was just a phone call and setting up a time and date. The truck needed a lot of Freon , which indicated that maybe the truck wasn't filled at the factory , b a phone call and setting up a time and date. The truck needed a lot of Freon , which indicated that maybe the truck wasn't filled at the factory , but to be sure they kept the truck over night to check the pressure , this was a very good idea on there part , and it did verify that maybe at assembly the fill of Freon was missed , and this verified there was no leak problem with the system it's self. Ac works great now , good work ! More

Good thing I kept the business cards of those I worked with, or I might not have remembered all their names. First, I was greeted by John Guido “Jr” he was greeting people in the show room. The facility with, or I might not have remembered all their names. First, I was greeted by John Guido “Jr” he was greeting people in the show room. The facility was clean and modern! Next met with John Rodriguez to apologize for canceling my Maverick order he was the most approachable manager! I explained to him my current journey in life was more aligned with the “Explorer”. Elliott helped me with the entire process and was great at walking me through everything, especially going over the vehicle! Next I met a guy named Joe, I explained to him I was paying cash, must’ve been a mixup thought I was financing ( very happy nice guy however) . Anyway, it all worked out as I met a new friend named Teddy who completed all the final paperwork in a very fast manner! I purchased a lot of great products and warranty from Teddy! I am very satisfied and would recommend this dealer to all! Give them a chance and you will be thankful and grateful you did as I know I was!!! More

Another great experience at Arlington Heights Ford. Had a 7 AM appointment for my 2019 F250. Was taken into the garage and written up promptly at 7 AM by the service manager. Waited for my vehicle i Had a 7 AM appointment for my 2019 F250. Was taken into the garage and written up promptly at 7 AM by the service manager. Waited for my vehicle in the very nice customer lounge. They did the oil change and a multi-point inspection of the vehicle. I was greeted by Mike in the lounge with my keys and taken to the cashier to check out. Total time spent was less than an hour. Mike was very professional and very friendly. The cashier was also very polite and very friendly. All in all a great start to my very busy day. AH Ford had been our "go to" dealer for over 10 years now and we will continue to do business with them as long as we own a vehicle. More
