Friendly and Steve was great to work with. I explained to him some of my prior bad experiences at other dealerships and he really made me feel comfortable. He was Steve was great to work with. He was knowledgeable about the product and was available throughout the entire process. I had to wait a few days for my taxes to clear and he kept me updated the entire time. We did not make a decision right away and shopped around for other cars at other dealerships but felt the most comfortable at Quality Subaru in Wallingford. We also worked with Mike Ward and Ed Chen who were just as welcoming, knowledgeable and just as plain 'ole nice as Steve so it made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable.
