Outstanding Customer Service - We Got The Car We Wanted! We purchased our new car through the Costco Car Program. Tynan's was the dealer that Costco referred us to. We worked with both Ian Macklin, Senior We purchased our new car through the Costco Car Program. Tynan's was the dealer that Costco referred us to. We worked with both Ian Macklin, Senior Sales Professional and Mindy Carlyle, Sales Manager and Costco Program Manager. They were both great to work with. Mindy was very responsive to getting us a quote through the Costco program and explaining the sales tax to us. While we were working with Mindy on the quote, Ian went out of his way to ensure our car was ready for us. Our new car had just arrived from the factory. Ian oversaw the safety inspection and made sure our car was perfectly detailed and sparkled when we first saw it. Ian also took the time to show us the features of our car before we drove it off the lot. He told us to feel free to contact him if we had any questions after we got our car home. We greatly appreciated the time that Ian took with us. All the staff we met at Tynan's was very friendly and made sure all our needs were met. The Finance Manager was great to work with too. He was honest about our Credit Union of Denver interest rate being a better than anything he could offer us. This was refreshing, since other times that we purchased a car from other dealers, we had to argue about wanting to finance through our Credit Union. He also didn't try to "nickel and dime" us to death with extra add ons. He kindly recommended the Nissan extended warranty (a 10-year warranty) since our car has a lot of electronics. We agreed with him and purchase the extended warranty, which is our opinion is a great deal at $2,495.00. If you a looking for an new car, please go see Ian Macklin and Mindy Carlyle. More

Brake Light Issue Although staff was polite. My issues were not addressed in efficient manner and communication was poor regards to issues with my vehicle. I brought my Although staff was polite. My issues were not addressed in efficient manner and communication was poor regards to issues with my vehicle. I brought my vehicle in Saturday to replace brake lights. I was told wait will be 1.5 hours. It was 2.5 hours that I found out the brake lights I need had to be couriered in because it was out of stock. They offered me free lights and just charge me service. The brake lights would not turn on so they needed master technician so I was scheduled for Wednesday morning. I then was told to replace a switch which I agreed to but then they charged me for the lights which they promised to not charge for. I don’t complain often but the lack of communication and subpar service did not meet my expectations More
