They get my service done as promised and always with a smile. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Today, Misha came to my house, picked up my car and brought it back on time. The representative, Misha Supica, did an outstanding job showing up promptly on time, exercising physical distancing with mask and cleaning kit, was very professional and returned my car washed and sanitized before returning the keys (after clorox wiping it down with his gloved hands). Very happy with this service from Rudy Luther. Our car advisor, Mia Mulville, at the service desk did an outstanding job and kept me informed of all my options. Thank you both! More

Excellent experience, very reassuring Our car needed a regular service visit, but we were concerned about possible covid exposure. Luther's Concierge Service, in the person of Misha Supica Our car needed a regular service visit, but we were concerned about possible covid exposure. Luther's Concierge Service, in the person of Misha Supica, arrived at our home exactly as scheduled, complete with sanitizing gear and his personal mask. Cleaned the car for his protection, took it to Luther's Srevice Dept. The work was done quickly and Misha drove it back to our home, cleaned it again as he exited the car. I so appreciate this service and the admirable courage and skill that Misha shows by doing this work so we will be safe. I thank him and Luther Toyota! More

Excellent Service!! My 2012 Toyota RAV4 was picked up by Misha Supica and taken in for service to Rudy Luther Toyota. All I had to do was handover the keys! Kevin Rudi a My 2012 Toyota RAV4 was picked up by Misha Supica and taken in for service to Rudy Luther Toyota. All I had to do was handover the keys! Kevin Rudi at Toyota was my service manager and communicated with me and kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle. When the work was completed, I received my invoice and paid online. Misha returned my car to my driveway within 20 minutes of service completion and was very friendly and helpful. The oil change, tire rotation and complimentary car wash were all completed and he sanitized the interior of my vehicle AND my car keys before handing them back to me! Excellent service!! More

The pickup and drop off service was fantastic today! Misha called ahead to give me estimates of pick up and drop off times and was right on time. These guys are the best - Starting with Jeremy, who helped me select new tires in the past year. I'd never had traction in the snow since getting my 07 Prius, and going through 4 sets of tires. This wi helped me select new tires in the past year. I'd never had traction in the snow since getting my 07 Prius, and going through 4 sets of tires. This winter, I was happy. Then this week, Kevin had his guys perform a 120K checkup, found a couple of bulbs to replace, along with the normal things in the inspection, and a linkage issue that's getting bad but could wait for another service. It wasn't a dangerous situation. The best part of the service day was when Misha arrived at 7:30 to pick up the car to take it to the dealership. It's covid-time, and he was wearing a mask. Better yet, when he returned the car to me this afternoon, he made sure to use several antibacterial wipes to clean off the steering wheel, dash, and other miscellaneous areas that had been touched during the service.
