Don't know if car was checked or not. Got in @ 10 or so, had to leave to get granddaughter from school. Misty is such a blessing to the dealership. Misty was great to work with. I was asked twice if I’ve ever been there before. Yes, I purchased my vehicle brand new at that dealership three years ago. Would be nice to be remembered, even if it is just in your paperwork. Was there for the backseat track recall. Asked that I also get a wash and vacuum. On the way home I realized they did not wash or vacuum it. Also, while there I got a text saying the inspection showed something failed that needed immediate attention. It was a recommendation for an alignment. I had just had my tires rotated and aligned at a Kia dealership three weeks previously…. When I was called by Kia to make the appointment for the recall, I was not told it was just for an inspection and once they ordered the needed parts, I would have to return to have the actual work done. More
