Prior to joining Exeter Subaru, I was in the footwear and sporting goods business. I was able set myself apart through a commitment to customer service, ethical business practices and listening to the needs of the customer. My customers ran the entire range of retail operations from Wal-Mart to Nordstrom and all manner of “mom and pop” businesses. My family and I call Rockport Massachusetts home today. Something about New England must appeal to me as I have lived here four different times over four decades. I was in the “Subaru cult” prior to joining Exeter Subaru. I fell in love with the performance of my Forester in the nor’easters and blizzards. I had posted my resume on the internet and never considered selling cars before. When these guys called me, I thought… “hmmm, excellent brand, superior product…yes!" It's a great team here.

A Very Pleasant Experience I came into Exeter Subaru not really knowing what I wanted. honda purchase Sales person was helpful, friendly, and upfront with what he knew about the car and its condition. I didn't like the financing person trying to sell a Sales person was helpful, friendly, and upfront with what he knew about the car and its condition. I didn't like the financing person trying to sell additional warranties, but it is her job. She did get me a better rate than I could find on my own, and was very friendly and helpful. More

Well worth the trip! After dealing with metro Boston area dealerships, I came across Exeter. Straight to the point, zero pressure experience I spent only an hour at the Exeter Subaru dealership, and that is what I wanted. Drove up with my trade, signed papers, and drove out. The entire purc I spent only an hour at the Exeter Subaru dealership, and that is what I wanted. Drove up with my trade, signed papers, and drove out. The entire purchase process was conducted on my time frame via email, a concept not all dealers understand, but that Exeter didn't blink an eye at. They were clear in communicating throughout the process, with zero surprises, zero pressure to upgrade or add in accessories, zero pressure to use dealer financing. Eileen did do her job of selling the extended warranty and various other car protection packages, but didn't overly force the issue, backing off when I made my lack of interest clear, and swiftly processing my paperwork. I definitely will be recommending Exeter Subaru! I just wish they were closer for servicing. More
