I've been working with Matt for over a year trying to get an NV Passenger in my family of 7. My wife didn't want it when it was time to upgrade her vehicle. So, when it came time to upgrade mine about a year later, I called Matt back up and we got everything setup. Matt has never pressured me, and always contacted me the way I wanted to be contacted. I didn't get random calls from other people at the dealership. Every time we have come in during this whole year process, Matt has always made sure we and the children were comfortable, and explained all the options that we might have in front of us. This time the options were almost perfect. We had to bring Justin in for some approvals, he got my wife to sign off on the deal, which sealed it for me. I already knew I wanted the NV Passenger van, Matt already had me the one I wanted ready to go. All in all I believe we were out of there in about 1.5 hours, part of that was because when I was all done before I left, Matt and I were just chatting. Matt made sure he put all the info in the GPS (home, etc). Showed me all the options in the vehicle even though it wasn't necessary for me. He took the time. Anthony Green did a great job signing the paperwork through finance. He was a pleasure to work with. Newton Nissan is great, and they do hire great personnel. I will if possible always buy ALL of my vehicles from Matt McSwain. Newton Nissan better not lose him, because I'll buy from him regardless of the dealership, even though Newton Nissan is also amazing! More

Needed service I needed service on my Altima that I thought was still under warranty come to find out it was not. I would highly recommend anyone looking for repairs or to even purchase a vehicle to give Newton a try. More

Very thorough, friendly and organized dealership Roy was the best representative. He took time to make us feel special from the beginning. My husband opened glove compartment and noticed we had no manual. Roy went over the complete dealership looking for our manual. Loads of patience that man has because when he came back to put in glove department there was the manual in the very back of the glove department. Roy never said a word . Wonderful man who took time to help we get my phone contacts in the car phone book and set radio station. I was impressed with Roys detailed organization. More

Great Service My son bought a used Nissan from a different dealer. When he purchased his Sentra he bought the extended warranty. He started having some issues, so I My son bought a used Nissan from a different dealer. When he purchased his Sentra he bought the extended warranty. He started having some issues, so I called Newton Nissan to see what I needed to do. I was connected with Mitch Roberts. He explained how the processed worked. We had the car towed to his dealership and he took care of the rest. He ended up needing a new engine. The warranty company told him that there was a cap on the amount for a new engine. He went above and beyond to get what we needed without us being out any extra money out of pocket. All my son had to pay was his 100.00 deductible. Mitch was very polite and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Newton Nissan and Mitch for all your service needs. Thanks Mitch More
