Poor customer service in shop. Not once but numerous times on visits. Informed them of an oil leak on brand new Telluride. Twice they told me everything was fine. Took it to a diff Not once but numerous times on visits. Informed them of an oil leak on brand new Telluride. Twice they told me everything was fine. Took it to a different shop and they showed me the oil pan was leaking and the gasket was bad. Took it back to dealership and then they finally fixed it. Dealership originally said it would be 2 months before they could get it in the shop. They said a manager would call me and didn’t hear anything for a week so I called back. Would never recommend this dealership and won’t return to purchase another vehicle. More
