Mitch Pollak was great, a professional non-hard sell throughout the process from first test drive through availability, delivery scheduling, financing and a one hour in-car tutorial at delivery. The car has many safety features which Mitch made sure I was aware of and knew how to operate before leaving. (He even scheduled the first oil change 6 months in advance. Mr. Christer Cambriello also extremely helpful in straightening out the few complications involved in buying in one state while registering in another. A great dealership. I'm sure everyone at Brewster Subaru operates with the same professionalism but I'd ask for Mitch, second desk on the left. More

Good, but definitely not great. Mitchel was great from the time I walked in looking for a Forester. To get the exact car I wanted I was told I would have to wait about a month. Howev Mitchel was great from the time I walked in looking for a Forester. To get the exact car I wanted I was told I would have to wait about a month. However, Mitch was able to locate and dealer swap for the car in only a couple weeks, which was faster than I expected. He showed me every little detail about the car upon delivery and made sure I had everything up and running before I left. During the car buying process, I was in touch with another dealership who had the car that I wanted and they were very competitive on their pricing, so much that I put a deposit down with them to hold the car and to negotiate pricing between the two. This is where Brewster Subaru was not great.. I called and left a message for Patrick Larson to call me to discuss pricing and potentially get my deposit back so I could buy from the other dealership. He never called back. Fine, this happens all the time now. Nelson Demelo is the one who called me a couple days later to tell me they found the car a couple weeks early. However, he got interrupted, was in a rush, said he'd call me back in 10 minutes, hung up and I never heard from him again. This almost cost Mitchel and Brewster Subaru the sale of my car, because it was at this time that the other dealership had bested their price offer by $15/month and I needed to talk to someone quickly. To sum up if you haven't followed along, and to just bring this review to an end.. Mitchell was great, knowledgeable, friendly. Patrick was average, just don't call and expect a return call. Nelson just didn't care and single handedly almost cost this dealership the sale. I only dealt with Rich Johnson to close the final details of my lease. He was very friendly, and it went quick once I finally got into his office after about 45 minutes of waiting. More

We were treated very professionally by Mitch Pollak, (our sales person) and Rich Johnson (our finance person). We had to order a vehicle and it came early, was spotless and well prepped. My wife was given a tutorial on all the technology available in the car which lasted almost an hour on new years eve. What a great crew of people selling a great product! I cannot recommend them more highly. BYOB. More
