Unfortunately, I can't give a good rating as I have Not heard back from Todd nor anyone from the dealership. I emailed and spoke over the phone about a refund issue for a canceled maintenance package but heard back from Todd nor anyone from the dealership. I emailed and spoke over the phone about a refund issue for a canceled maintenance package but have heard nothing from Todd nor any staff since June 30, 2021. This is totally unacceptable and bad service. I've purchased two Hondas from this dealership and this is not what I expect from Heritage Honda. Total let down and lack of customer service. No follow up received More

This dealership sold us a faulty car 🚗 a Honda Civic 2020 brand new car with in day 7 of driving the car A.C is blowing hot air took it to have it service return it again in 2 days for the same problem. 2020 brand new car with in day 7 of driving the car A.C is blowing hot air took it to have it service return it again in 2 days for the same problem. Now it’s been one year for the 3rd times same issues. This is not a great service we been calling them to speak to the a general manager and it’s seem like his is avoiding to speak to us maybe because of our race ? I’m sure if we are Caucasian this. Issues been resolve from day one! More

They chipped my tire and wheel and won’t do nothing about it. They are saying they are not at fault but my tire and wheel was not like that because I just got a new one put on. Heritage Honda, Parkville did an amazing job of taking care of me. Erin reached out to me about trading in my old Honda Civic in order to upgrade to a newer model. Not only was this process as pain-free a care of me. Erin reached out to me about trading in my old Honda Civic in order to upgrade to a newer model. Not only was this process as pain-free as buying a car can be, but the staff was there to help me through each step. They were happy to answer any questions I had. I ended up walking out of there with a new car in just a few hours with an incredibly affordable monthly payment. More

The service was horrible! After they did the service on my car I came out and it didn’t start! Of course it wasn’t their fault, but after looking over the problem it was their fault! Steve Berman is very r my car I came out and it didn’t start! Of course it wasn’t their fault, but after looking over the problem it was their fault! Steve Berman is very rude and does not display good customer service. Mr.Mitchell was very apologetic, and Robert the service advisor was helpful. After fixing the problem the shop foreman Rick came out and spoke with me and was very apologetic and let me know if there is anything else I may need please don’t hesitate to call. Erin was the best car sales person I ever have worked with, and I bought my first car in 1971. From the moment she greeted us when we walked in on a busy Friday night, until the time I drove away in a n with, and I bought my first car in 1971. From the moment she greeted us when we walked in on a busy Friday night, until the time I drove away in a new car Monday evening, it went very smoothly. She understood my indecision between "previously owned" and brand new. On Saturday, I had emailed her my "wish list". Dealers a crazy busy on Saturday, so I'm not going to try to get time when I don't know what I want. So we set an appt for Monday morning at 9 AM. She was kind enough to not be annoyed when I took four hours to pick one out. During a test drive, she explained most of the features, especially new things that I was not familiar with. Then she guided me through warranty options. Then it was off to the closer. We then took a break so I could go tend to other things, and she got the car in to be prepared. I got back at 8 PM. She put the tag on and made sure I was oriented to the primary functions and safety features. It will take me a while to get through the book so I really know what I am doing! Mitch Giller and Sam Sarris also provided wonder understanding and support in the pricing and closing process. I have bought a lot of cars at this dealer, and I will get my next one here too! More

I have leased 4 cars from Heritage. The last 3 cars I've worked with Ken he is a pleasure to work with. He has always been very helpful with the experience of leasing my car. I know this is a little thing but he remembers to wish me happy birthday every year. He shows me everything in the car program my cell phone which is great for me. I came in to get my oil changed on my 2015 civic and drove off with a 2017 civic. I will be back to work with Ken for the next car and I would recommend he to my family and friends.
