My last visit to Toyota left me frustrated and disappointed. I brought my vehicle in for tire rotation which was done, but I was not told my tires were way out of alignment. The service advisor never said anything. My daughter drives this car and she lives in xx Paul, so it's difficult to bring the car to xx Cloud. It would be nice if I was told how bad the alignment was (they were brand new tires put on at this same dealership this past Fall.) I could have had them aligned while the vehicle was there. More

They triedd charging a diagnostic fee; when I got the vehicle repaired there. Everyone knows, the diagnostic fee is only charged; when they diagnose the vehicle, and you don't have any of the problems re vehicle repaired there. They qouted me $310; then suddenly that same exact repair when up to $510; because they added all these additional fee's. I had to get a manager, and it was lowered to 254.00, and that's what my receipt said; but I received an email saying i was charged 255.00 More
