The Sales team is great but I was extremely disappointed with the Service team on my recent visit. I scheduled my appointment more than a week in advance for a new windshield however the windshield wasn’t o with the Service team on my recent visit. I scheduled my appointment more than a week in advance for a new windshield however the windshield wasn’t ordered until the date of my appointment. Why??? It took 4 days to get the windshield and have it installed. Why??? I’m highly skeptical of the service organization and will consider alternative dealerships for service in the future. For example I was with Rafferty for over 15 years and never encountered the incompetence I found at Concordville Service. More

While all the staff shows an eagerness to help and the Service Dept is stellar, Moe is the reason we've not looked for since 2008 and 10 Subarus ago. My wife and I were extremely happy with Greg and Moe locating the color of the vehicle and the options she wanted quickly and they made sure we received the five star treatment. Theresa was outstanding locating the color of the vehicle and the options she wanted quickly and they made sure we received the five star treatment. Theresa was outstanding with explaining the features of the 2021 Outback and changes that we should know from our 2018 Outback considering the weather conditions, pouring rain. Theresa commitment to having a more than a satisfied customer was very evident as I had to return with the vehicle to have it pinstriped within a specific time period. She made arrangements for a loaner vehicle and followed up on any issue I discovered with our vehicle. Unfortunately, to some I maybe considered to be a pain in the backside but she made us feel so comfortable and at ease. Moe, Greg, and Theresa followed up on our purchase to ensure we had been treated not just as a valued customer but as a friend. More
