Adnan was a truly fantastic person—compassionate and professional and he just seemed really good at his job. It's been a few months since I had to have this very unexpected repair done and I still feel professional and he just seemed really good at his job. It's been a few months since I had to have this very unexpected repair done and I still feel grateful for the work that he and several others at this Nissan were able to do quickly (and with a revised bill after taking into consideration that I have very little income.) I drove by this dealership the other day and was again reminded how good an experience I had with them. Thank you, Adnan and everybody at Tynan's Nissan (Mohamad and Jason and the woman who rang me up in the end—everyone was really kind.) I'll be recommending you to others and if I need to buy a new car one day I'll do it with you. Happy New Year ! More

The whole experience was quite seamless. Mohamad stayed in close communication about the work that needed to be done and the timeline. The sales rep was good and kept me updated. He seemed upset with the service team as well. I went in to plug a tire with an appointment. It took about two hours and thirty minutes.
