The dealership was welcoming out of the gate. I did not feel pressure at any point and my salesperson, Hadi was there to help answer questions and follow ups via text or phone calls. I ended up building my X6 and Hadi helped me through the process and kept me in the loop during the time the car was built. For delivery, Hadi walked me through the many technology options and differences from other cars and also reiterated I could and should call with any questions.
