I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Having dealt with numerous other Dealerships for multiple brands I can honestly and proudly say that Klaben is the best in all aspects. Doug Carter will help you get the car and deal you want and everyone in the Service department will happily take over from there. Anthony Wilson was the latest Service Advisor I have dealt with - and he was very helpful and respectful - but so have every other Sales Advisor I have dealt with. Kyle, the young gentleman who first greets you when you pull into the Service Department is a true delight. Helpful, extremely respectful to your needs and seems to have a better understanding of how to treat customers - not the indifference seen in too many in today's society. Purchase Klaben's "Loyalty Link Plus" and you will only see more focus on your needs - especially in regards to costs. You are truly seen as a person and not just a customer. More

He is always friendly, never pushy, and always able to answer any questions.. He is patient explaining how things work. He is just so helpful and even took the time to sync my phone and explain it to me. More

Not very pleased. I had two appointments for two vehicles on the same day. My Expedition was scheduled for an oil change/tire rotation. Once again, it was a 4 hour proc I had two appointments for two vehicles on the same day. My Expedition was scheduled for an oil change/tire rotation. Once again, it was a 4 hour process. Thats puzzling. I then dropped off my MKS for warranty work for a front parking sensor. When I finally received an update, at the end of the day, I was informed the sensor was ordered, needed to be painted and would be installed the following day. I needed the car my noon and informed the service rep of this. I didn't hear ANYTHING the following day. I called at 3:30pm and left a voicemail message. No return call. I called again at 5:15pm and was connected to another service rep. He didn't know the status of the MKS, said it was finally pulled up front and I could pick it up. I did pick up the car. I had NO rental car, which I am entitled to and for some reason my car was driven 2 miles while at the garage. I am not upset with Mona Crooks, my service rep. I AM tired of the POOR service of the technicians. Also, the lack of communication from the service department to the customer is ridiculous. More

Great Service Area I just went in for a routine oil change and again was pleased with the service and thoroughness of the staff. From the time it was checked in until it was checked out the staff showed complete knowledge and professionalism. Automation and faster service and less wait time has improved over the years and the customer lounge makes the little wait easier to take. The service advisers are ready to work with you as soon as you pull into the service area and proceed to take all the cars vitals. I like it as it reminds me of going to the doctor where all the vitals are taken before you see the doctor and in this case Mona the service adviser. She is great and can check in and write up the prescription on the service required in minutes and I am off to the lounge for coffee and a cookie. I just wouldn't trust my cars to anyone else More
