I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Service I brought in my F150 for a few minor repairs shortly after purchasing it. Everyone was helpful and acted quickly. ABS was malfunctioning! I was having a problem braking my vehicle due to a malfunctioning ABS system. Drove right in and I was able to leave my vehicle for the next day to be I was having a problem braking my vehicle due to a malfunctioning ABS system. Drove right in and I was able to leave my vehicle for the next day to be serviced. They were able to repair the ABS srtyem, correct a shimmey and discovered that I was overdue for a fuel filter. I was very satisfied! More

BAD WASHER PUMP AND DING REMOVAL My salesman Gene, set it up so I could get my Lincoln repaired the windshield washer wasn,t working and I found a small ding in the back fender.Droppe My salesman Gene, set it up so I could get my Lincoln repaired the windshield washer wasn,t working and I found a small ding in the back fender.Dropped it off on tuesday evening ,Gene took me to the service dept we showed them the problem with the washer .The next morning I got a call saying it was fixed,I asked them to talk to Gene about the ding ,that thursday the ding man showed up and fixed it .I picked the car up on Friday. Awesome job! More

Great, as usual. My Ford Focus hatchback just celebrated a birthday...16 years since purchased in Los Angeles, California..!! My car, "Miranda" has been through the Los Angeles freeway system, wild fires, etc... Moving to Ohio, facing winter ice and snow, heavy rain,,etc...and just perks along like a new car..
