I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Great and fast service department As soon as I pulled in the service bay my service adviser Mona was there with my paper work already to sign. with in minutes I was sitting in the clea As soon as I pulled in the service bay my service adviser Mona was there with my paper work already to sign. with in minutes I was sitting in the clean comfortable waiting with a cup of coffee and a doughnut. In less then an hour the service was done and the car washed and I was on my way ! Fantastic .!! More

Excellent Returned from a trip with multiple problems with our Milan. Called and spoke with Joe who was able to get us almost an immediate appointment along with a rental/loaner car. Saw Mona when we came in. Very attentive to the problems and added in a recall we weren't unaware of. Kept us advised of the repair progress and let us know it would be another day waiting for parts. Car was ready when promised and was even washed. Excellent service for the car and excellent care from all those we dealt with. More

Recall on the TCM Mona was excellent. She checked right away to see if my car was one of the ones on the recall. She scheduled an appointment that was convenient for Mona was excellent.
