Had my car in for nearly 2 months even though they knew the issue within 20 minutes. Took a month just to order necessary part. They called saying it was done and can drop it off. I told them I was unsure the issue within 20 minutes. Took a month just to order necessary part. They called saying it was done and can drop it off. I told them I was unsure when I could make it over due to work. Said they would call me back to set up a time to drop it off. 40 minutes later they are at my home unannounced on a WORK DAY with my car. They never even asked if I was home before leaving. I was late to work. The person they sent knew absolutely nothing about my car and unable to answer my questions. My car wasn't running properly. I will never use the dealership again. More

They did not fix my problem said it wasn’t bad enough yet! That’s crap there is somthing wrong they should have fixed it now it just going to get worse and maybe wreck somthing else and it’s still under yet! That’s crap there is somthing wrong they should have fixed it now it just going to get worse and maybe wreck somthing else and it’s still under warranty oh you guys are trying to avoid paying for the poor part in vehicle I have 13000 miles this should not be happening til about 100000 miles I really think they should of fixed it so better yet I rate you a 1 very poor protection especially under warranty! This is poor business! More

I'm not pleased with the service I received. I brought my car in for an inspection, and was told the power steering hose was leaking, which I had no prior knowledge of, and no issue with before I brought my car in for an inspection, and was told the power steering hose was leaking, which I had no prior knowledge of, and no issue with before bringing it in. Upon getting my car home after a week of the shop having it, the leak was significantly worse. It was now an actual problem. I'm not sure if the tech didn't put the hose on right or what the problem was. But now I'm still waiting on my car to be finished after a week and a half, and getting any updates at all is near impossible. I've had to call and pester the staff numerous times just to be given the verbal equivalent of shrugged shoulders. More
