The worst car buying experience ever. Rather than try to find a car that would fit my monthly payment, (I was looking at a slightly used basic trim Outback without a lot of options but was Rather than try to find a car that would fit my monthly payment, (I was looking at a slightly used basic trim Outback without a lot of options but was willing to look at other models if it fit my monthly payment needs), I was basically asked to leave. The initial salesman, Jim, was great, but the finance manager obviously didn't want a new customer that would have been a lifetime fan. Regardless, I got the monthly payment I wanted and a better NEW Toyota than I thought I could get. More

Some details were overlooked, so I wouldn't rate that person Excellent. I would rate everyone else Excellent. More

Never at any time did we feel rushed by either of these two ladies. Pamela allowed us to take as much time as we needed during the selection phase of our purchase. When she wasn't educating us about various features of the cars, she was answering every question that we could think of. Monica was just as wonderful in her own way. After we decided which model we wanted, she willingly helped us to select the optional accessories that might be most helpful to us. She also pointed out certain driving/dashboard controls that we might need before we got home. More

Tucson Subaru (Monica) was the only one that found it with all the additions on it that I wanted. She maintained contact with me and was never pushy or annoying. She answered all of my questions and between her and Loren kept us informed. Jennifer made the financing experience easy. I came in preapproved and she found me a better rate. No one was overly pushy trying to sell me things I didn't want, but did help find the things I wanted. This is my first Subaru and when I buy another I will take the trip again to Tucson Subaru for my next Subaru. More
