Had an intermittent problem and they charged me to fix it and made it worse. Also timing of getting an oil change is ridiculous. I spent over 5 hrs in that dept over the course of two days in that dept. Pres and made it worse. Also timing of getting an oil change is ridiculous. It wasn’t until I came back the next day that they showed a willingness to help and figure out the problem. Once they did they wanted to charge me again! Unlikely that I would return or do any business with Hebert’s. More
