I had my car serviced at Herb Chambers and feel comfortable with the service department. Monica cheerfully greeted me with a warm and friendly smile on the day of my appointment. Everyone I came into contact with was very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite! I bought a 2015 Ford Edge SEL with less then 60,000 miles in pristine condition. My sales man Jean was amazing. Again very knowledgeable and polite. Earl in finance was terrific. He got the payments down to where I was comfortable with. I can't say enough about my whole experience, I'd give them a million stars I could! More

Monica although new to me took her time to understand where I was coming from. Appreciate her kindness. And yeh car was indeed inspected this time. Last year I spent $26,000 just on meds and health care, but I like having a car well taken care of and Lexus in Sharon seems to understand this. More
