It was a true pleasure to have Ms Reta Maynor assist me in the sales process by providing comprehensive answers to all of my questions (which were enormous and complex) and demonstrating the features to me in great detail both before and after the sales transaction. She is a class act and possesses a depth of knowledge and passion for her work. The management of Toyota of Cleveland should be very proud of her professional dedication and the Toyota Motor Corporation of America should be grateful for her endless commitment to customer service. Previously, I visited a rival dealership and my experience was underwhelming as nobody anything about the options equipped on the vehicle and failed to offer me the opportunity to even test drive the type of vehicle I purchased. By far, Ms. Maynor is the best sales associate that I have encountered.
