Well, that is totally NOT the case when dealing with Samantha and the rest of the staff at Jaguar/Land Rover. Samantha took the time to get to know me and what my needs and expectations were when purchasing a new vehicle. Working with her has made the experience easy and not as excruciating as I thought.
