I am writing this review because of the poor level of service I am receiving from Subaru of Kennesaw. I originally tried to buy a vehicle here in Feb 2020. The service and knowledge was so bad i drove service I am receiving from Subaru of Kennesaw. I originally tried to buy a vehicle here in Feb 2020. The service and knowledge was so bad i drove 30 miles to Decatur to purchase my Ascent. in January of 2021 I wrecked my car, I had it repaired and once complete called to make a service appointment. I was routed to a voicemail, I left a message, and I never received a call back. subsequent calls have delivered the same result. the most recent call was Friday 5/6/2021. i am trying to schedule maintenance and arrange to have a hitch and some other accessories installed. It is 05/11/2021 and I am still waiting for a call. When i spend over $40K on a vehicle, and want to have it serviced, i expect a call back. it is not too much to offer. i would not recommend this dealership to anyone i know. i have made at least 5 calls and never received a call. I love the car, but would be reluctant to buy a car from this dealership or have service performed because if they cut corners on customer service for this, they will likely not be good when I really need them. Return your calls! More

I was extremely pleased with my experience at Subaru of Kennesaw. All of the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was in to have my 2013 Subaru Serviced, and when I asked about my upgrade options I Kennesaw. All of the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was in to have my 2013 Subaru Serviced, and when I asked about my upgrade options I was provided with several scenarios all of which were extremely appealing. I chose a 36 month lease on a 2021 Forester and within a couple of hours was driving away in my new ride, one totally more advanced than my still reliable 2013 Subaru. My Salesman was Morris, who was so easy to work with and never pushy or overbearing. When I return my lease in 3 years, Morris will be the person I will seek out, he is great! This was by far the best car shopping experience that I have ever experienced. , More
