Del Toyota is absolutely the best!! Stopped by today and purchased a 2021 Toyota Highlander Platinum. Jimmy Lopez and his team did a phenomenal job in making sure that I was not only satisfied with my purch purchased a 2021 Toyota Highlander Platinum. Jimmy Lopez and his team did a phenomenal job in making sure that I was not only satisfied with my purchase, but also gave me the best deal possible!! Consummate professionals in every aspect of the deal. I must admit that it was bittersweet getting rid of my 2019 Avalon Touring. I loved my vehicle. But, it was definitely time to step up to a SUV; recent snow storm was a major factor. Fact is, this is the 6th vehicle that I’ve bought there. I came in for a recall and it was fixed. But I also asked Del to look at my back window which would not go up. They said everything needed to be replaced and it would be $1400. I knew they were not b asked Del to look at my back window which would not go up. They said everything needed to be replaced and it would be $1400. I knew they were not being honest, so I took it to a regional repair shop and they fixed it for nothing more than 2 hours labor, nothing was replaced. It’s clear that del Toyota was not being honest about the need for replacement. More

Would leave 0 if possible. I’ve been to this dealership 3 times and each time has been a disaster. Service advisor tried to sell me a $600 alloy wheel when I told him exactly what the issue was and he did no times and each time has been a disaster.
