My initial meeting went well with Malaysia. However, it was the subsequent follow up calls that peeved me. She told me I had a 10 am appointment, instead of asking me if I had an issue on why I missed the appointment. It was like she was saying who are you to miss my appointment I proceeded to come and the application process was cumbersome because the car was being bought by my church. It was so disorganized that I rethought my purchase and decided the next day to acquire a BMW X7 that was 49k more and bought through my church in one day. As I reflect that could have been the same with Malaysia and Suburban if Malaysia was more customer Oriente and respectful and if the purchase of the vehicle through my church and credit union could have been smoother.
Finally, I talk to Malaysia last on August 12th about the vehicle. I bought my X7 on the 13th and I went to look at it after my displeasure with Malaysia. She called me on the 17th, five days later to determine if I was interested, five days later, no follow up!! Shesaid she had been calling, but my phone tracking did not show one call from her. When I told her I was pursuing something different, she got an attitude and Amp up her tone to let me know I could have let her know.
This is constructive feedback, please don't release Malaysia, but please remind her that the customer is King, even when they are wrong!!!

She showed me all parts of the dealership and explained each part (i.e. where to take my car for service). Kaila is an asset to Nissan and I highly recommend her to anyone who is buying a car from Nissan.
