The manager and the service rep had great customer service. The problem is with the dealership. The service has gone downhill since we bought the car. I consider this car a money pit. Amazing service and they helped get my car back quicker than expected. My car wasn’t going to get back for another week due to back ordered parts and as soon as they got the part in, they put me at the top than expected.
