My name is Jordan Kuykendall and I have worked at Elk Grove Toyota since December 2013. During my first four years with Elk Grove Toyota, I worked in every department in the dealership and am now happy to have my permanent home as General Manager. I preordered a car over the phone, which made it the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I worked with Jordan and Dan in doing the test drive and finishing up the paperwork. The sales person named Romy Cruz was very through explaning all the details on the used cars we were interested in. It took my wife a long time to decide if she wanted to get a car or not,but Romy ga explaning all the details on the used cars we were interested in. I absolutely love this dealership! Nai was fantastic to work with and really listened to what I wanted and was looking for. We have been driving Toyotas since 1972, starting with a Corolla 1200, then a Corolla 5 speed, a Celeica, a Corolla GTS, Two Cressidas, an Avalon ... all purchased from Dealers in the San Jose area. The sa Corolla 1200, then a Corolla 5 speed, a Celeica, a Corolla GTS, Two Cressidas, an Avalon ... all purchased from Dealers in the San Jose area. The sales experience was at the most satisfactory. Then we purchased a Sienna from Elk Grove Toyota and Mark Fusselman ... what a wonderful change. Mark made us feel that we were special to him and provided us with service beyond anything we had experienced before. With that in mind when we decided to trade the Sienna for a new Venza there was no hesitation in choosing Elk Grove Toyota and Mark for the purchase. We were not disappointed ... Once again Mark responded to our every need with over the top professional service, including helping setup the remote switches for the garage and gate openers. We will certainly not consider any other company when it comes time to make our next choice. William Pugh More
