Best day ever! Jay Chhim, Baljinder Singh and Nai Saechao made my experience on buying a car easy and professional. As soon as I got there Baljinder greeted me and showed me around to find the perfect car. As we went around I found my new 2019 Toyota Camry and went straight to the paperworks. Jay Chhim the sales manager was friendly and kind to help me processed all the needs. It was bumpy but Jay got it through which allowed me able to get the car. As Nai he was also a big help going through all the finances with me. It went as smooth as possible, no problems at all! I would for sure come back and buy a new car in the future with these guys! More

Elk Grove Toyota is the best! I was almost buying my Prius Prime at Folsom Toyota because they offered the lowest price at the time! However, since Jeremy was so nice and patient w I was almost buying my Prius Prime at Folsom Toyota because they offered the lowest price at the time! However, since Jeremy was so nice and patient with me while I was shopping for my car, I sent him an email to thank him for his help and to let him know of my upcoming purchase with Folsom Toyota. He ended up wining our business! If he wasn't so nice in the beginning, I wouldn't send him that email, and I probably bought my car at Folsom. I was also very impressed with Bill Gann when I came for the test drive. He was so friendly and provided great customer services. He made me feel that our decision to purchase at Elk Grove Toyota was all worth it. Nai Saechao was very kind and approachable. He took the time to explain everything to us and was very pleasant. We weren't planning on getting the extended warranty and Glass Coat, but we did! Ahmad Azimi was excellent. He explained the car in details and very easy to talk to. “AMAZING ONE OF A KIND” I had my mind set on what I wanted when I walked into Elk Grove Toyota, when I was approached by James McGaha, he was polite and very understanding in I had my mind set on what I wanted when I walked into Elk Grove Toyota, when I was approached by James McGaha, he was polite and very understanding in the specific Tundra I wanted. I listed everything to James and he found me EXACTLY what I wanted, when looking at the Tundra that James found for me I was really impressed to see EVERYTHING I asked was right in-front of me. When agreeing to buy the Tundra James brought me back to Nai Saechho when going back and forth with Nai about what I wanted to be added on my Tundra, Nai helped me with the best of his knowledge in adding everything and a comfortable monthly payment I was very pleased to be at. If I had to buy another car from Elk Grove Toyota I would not go to anyone else buy these two gentlemen. With that being said I hope that everyone at Elk Grove Toyota is as knowledgeable and very well respected as James and Nai. I will be doing business with them again.
