Exceptional Salesperson I was quietly minding my business and work when I received an email inviting me to trade in my 2016 Toyota Sienna. William Gann was very unfortunately I was quietly minding my business and work when I received an email inviting me to trade in my 2016 Toyota Sienna. William Gann was very unfortunately assigned the trade-in sale w me. I had given William the utmost uncomfortable sales of his career! I told him that this could be my first in 18 years w Toyota Elk Grove having owned a third in 2016 in one visit to walk out with this current deal if I would not be given a deal that I could not refuse. William Gann surprised me w his savviness in sales - service w smile, camaraderie, laughter, sans pressure from me to buy. He had given me all advantages that I coild not refuse and even afforded a very good laugh from start to end! In an hour-time, I was not able to walk away w such great offers! After three hours, I was driving my new 2019 Sienna. As I construct this review and looking back, I can only thank Jon Thompson assigning a Great Adviser, William Gann, to me.
