Great customer service and no stress car buying Bill Gann and Nai at Elk Grove Toyota are awesome. With Bill, I'm never pressured to buy anything, he shows me the car and let me go home and think a Bill Gann and Nai at Elk Grove Toyota are awesome. With Bill, I'm never pressured to buy anything, he shows me the car and let me go home and think about it. No haggle buying at it's best. Worked with us on the financing options (again no pressure, just shows). We didn't have to wait long at the dealership. We got the car we wanted and all done less than 1 hour including the financing. Don't waste your time anywhere else, ask for Bill at Elk Grove Toyota and you will walk off with a great deal! More

As pleasant and painless as purchasing a car can be. James McGaha was patient with our test drives and my picky color combination requirements, and very knowledgeable about RAV4s and Avalons. Once we decided to go with the Avalon, James didn't put us through the usual back and forth negotiation tactics. We immediately got an offer over dealer invoice that we could live with, (made sweeter by the manufacturer $4000 rebate offer), and the deal was done.. Also received fair trade-in value on our old sedan. Paperwork is lengthy no matter what, but Nai make the process as painless as possible, and their technology made reviewing the terms easier than ever. More
