I felt left out of the loop until I showed up and physically spoke with someone. I could never get a hold of anyone on the phone, and I only received vague text about parts not being ordered! My car was in the shop for a week and a half. I just expect better communication especially since i am a returning customer. More

Over all it was good. They didn't honor the appointment day/time and it took longer than expected to get it repaired. Customer service and work quality was excellent. Nancy has been very pleasant and professional. She has been good in communicating any issues associated with the repairs to my truck. I do not hold her accountable in the lack of progress in repa She has been good in communicating any issues associated with the repairs to my truck. I do not hold her accountable in the lack of progress in repairing my vehicle I believe the issues are beyond her control. MY truck has been in the dealership for over six weeks and is still being diagnosed. As expected I am starting to get very frustrated. This is a 2023 Silverado and I am starting to consider if there are any other options I should pursue to have this issue resolved. More
