I did not have a positive experience with Southern Chevrolet due to fact that my 2021 Camaro began leaking coolant only after they serviced my vehicle. They were supposed to replace the thermostat hou Chevrolet due to fact that my 2021 Camaro began leaking coolant only after they serviced my vehicle. They were supposed to replace the thermostat housing due to a recall. Upon diagnosing my vehicle, I was assured that no leaks had been found following the pressure test, and the only issue that needed to be addressed was to replace the thermostat housing. After picking up my car from them on Friday, I returned my car to them that following Tuesday due to a severe coolant leak that didn't exist before. They tried to say that they possibly "missed the leak" the first time, then my service advisor Nancy proceeded to tell me that a pipe was leaking and needed to be replaced, and that she would send an estimate over. I was livid because whatever they did or didn't do properly caused the sudden leak, now they're trying to charge me for their negligence. This was evident in the fact that the price started out as $800, then reduced to half ($400), then reduced to $110 only after I refused the service and told her I'd be picking up my car. I agreed to pay the $110 just to get my car repaired and out of their hands for good. After picking up my car from them a second time, the leak is still not 100% resolved. I'm seeing droplets of coolant on my garage floor ever since they supposedly repaired it. I regret allowing them to touch my vehicle and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone under any circumstances. At this point, I wonder if this was purposefully done. Never again!! More

I felt left out of the loop until I showed up and physically spoke with someone. I could never get a hold of anyone on the phone, and I only received vague text about parts not being ordered! My car was in the shop for a week and a half. I just expect better communication especially since i am a returning customer. More
