Nate in the Service Department was awesome! ! He came out to help me with my rear entertainment center when it wasn't even his job or his appointment. I came by for my scheduled 12:30 appointme ! He came out to help me with my rear entertainment center when it wasn't even his job or his appointment. I came by for my scheduled 12:30 appointment and was told to come back at 1 or after because the guy that could fix it was at lunch and would be back then. I came back around 1:30/45 and the guy that told me to come back paid me no attention. Nate came out and told me he wasn't sure when the technician could help me as he was working on something big but he (Nate) would help me. He sat in my car for over an hour helping me with ONStar and getting our rear entertainment apps hooked up. He went above and beyond and acted like he CARED for the customer. I'm giving a 5 star because of Nate. More
