Stand behind your cars I originally purchased a 2015 focus and it had bad transmission problems i was unhappy so nate and chatman returned my money and put me in a 2016 fush I originally purchased a 2015 focus and it had bad transmission problems i was unhappy so nate and chatman returned my money and put me in a 2016 fushion great car i am very happy with the car now. Awesome service work at Sutton I have bought cars and have had service done on them since 1973. For the first time, I actually enjoy going to have my car serviced. Awesome Team and Service! The service and courtesy we receive from the service department is without a doubt the best ever. Melissa is our service rep.... she is knowledgeable The service and courtesy we receive from the service department is without a doubt the best ever. Melissa is our service rep.... she is knowledgeable, efficient, professional and treats us like family. She also goes above and beyond with her personal handwritten thank you notes she puts in the car when service is completed. We have never had another dealer ever do that and it is greatly appreciated. It just show how much she cares for her customers. More
